That kind of pure mountain biking has been shaping our bikes since we started out in 1981 and this bike – designed to be a perfect cross-country steed for long, fun days in the saddle – is our tribute to that. We named the Womble after the iconic Womble Trail in Mt. Ida, Arkansas.
The Womble is a 1x specific frame with a progressive 29’’ geometry and ample clearance for 2.6’’ tires. Proprietary double butted top and down tubes in the largest diameters we’ve ever built creates the stiffest and strongest front end possible. This extra strength allows us to stretch the front triangle for added reach and the increased travel of a 140mm fork; a RockShox Pike Select 140 with 42mm offset for the smoothest, stiffest and best tracking suspension we could mate the Womble to.
The bottom line: Perfect for XC trails, single-track, backroad gravel, bike packing. A modern classic, genuine all-rounder and genuinely fun.
